Processing of personal data by WP Lavori in corso S.r.l. is lawful because it is based on the fulfilment of a contractual obligation between the Data Controller and the interested party. Processing concerning profiling and the sending of marketing material is lawful since it is based on the interested party’s freely given consent. Sharing the data relative to purchase operations with Triboo srl is based on the interested party’s consent.
