The delivery of the purchased products takes place on average within 5 working days from the order when shipping to Italy or within the EU, and within 8 days for all other destinations. Delivery times may be subject to delays in case of local holidays. Carriers do not deliver on holidays and weekends.

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant or defective product, you can request the replacement or refund of the item within and no later than 2 (two) months from discovery. Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and articles 128 et seq. of the Italian legislative decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the relative delivery.
